63 to go.

I've been going to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and either using the treadmill or the bike for 30 minutes. I started using the hand weights at home this week, and adding in a little of my dance cardio dvd (o.k., a little being 10 minutes on Monday afternoon).

I want that "Lost 10 pounds" next week!!!!

Re your blog title, I must say, I'd have corrected that doctor's secretary with a "Excuse me, that should read WORKS AT HOME!" (That is only IF I could have restrained myself from asking "Are you HIGH?") LOL You've got the best job EVER and none of us can deny that it's HARD LABOR!
